WRM Media Pty Ltd("WRM NZ") is a wholly owned subsidiary of WRM Media Ltd, registered as ABN 66 150 0719 80.
It operates as a broker between you and WRM UK to transfer your data for processing by us. It also engages
in commercial relationships with our partners, listed below. WRM NZ complies fully with the Privacy Act 1993.
WRM Media Ltd ("WRM", "WRM UK", "we", "us", "our") is the registered owner of these prize draw service websites
and owns all rights, including the sites’ respective IP, copyrights and trademarks. We are registered with The
Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom ("The ICO") as a Data Controller and Data Processor under
the Trading Name WRM Media Ltd, with Registration Number Z9830964.
Where there is a conflict of rules between UK and Australian law, the one which offers the strongest consumer protections
will be the one we will aim to uphold.
This Policy sets out how we manage, use and protect your personal data collected while using our sites.

partners ("named third party companies"). Advertising will be sent by these named third party companies, subject to explicit,
active consent by the registered individual prior to signing up or registering to our websites.
We will minimize the data and process it only where it is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes
stated above, in accordance with Art. 5 (1), (c) of the GDPR);

is required to participate in any of the branded surveys on the site, however merely browsing does not require registration.

above if the belief is to benefit the end consumer.
